M.R. Pigs Barbecue got its start in 1996, when Bethel Park resident Bill Barger was finally convinced by family and friends to share his pig roasting talents with the public. Today, he and his staff cater the best in locally sourced closed-pit roasted pig and barbecued meats to customers in the Pittsburgh area and well beyond.
Barbecue has a special place in Bill’s heart. Besides a love for the flavors, he derives happiness from cooking, feeding others, and accepting “invitations” to parties where he enjoys the company of people who are enjoying themselves while he cooks.
